Who We Are

We are a team of leaders from a variety of industries, interested in adding meaning, adventure and connection in our lives by pooling talents and funds to complete interactive philanthropic missions throughout the world. We are intentionally a diverse group, represented by all religions and ethnicities from various business, professional and arts backgrounds. We are business owners, accountants, lawyers, artists, musicians, actors, writers, athletes, scientists, mathematicians, architects, and builders, among others.
Founders / Leadership:
Troy Mikulka
Co-Founder                                 Partner Relations & Operations
Troy Mikulka is the Co-Founder of the Band of Brothers Foundation. He was born in Connecticut moving to California 20 years ago.He currently lives in Corona Del Mar with his bride of 15 years Yuri and their two girls Mira one and Kaia five. Troy ’s passion for starting Band of Brothers was fed by his experiences of living a very modest childhood and his eye opening view of the real world during his world travels as helicopter crew in the United States Marines. Troy believes that with success comes a responsibility to balance your privileged life with a serious effort to put your scratch on improving the world for others.
 
Troy is responsible for Band of Brothers’ strategic direction, project operations, brand and marketing, online and offline community and working on fund raising.
Troy also specializes in helping small companies develop practical solutions to drive their business and acts as an investor and syndicator of financings for emerging growth companies and commercial real-estate. His companies include Oxford Partners a business consulting firm, Oxford Property Investors a commercial property investment company and Nautilus Financial a boutique home and commercial property lender.
He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Kellogg, Northwestern University.

Eric Snyder
Co-Founder                                   Donor Relations & Finance
Eric Snyder is the Co-Founder of the Band of Brothers Foundation.He was born and raised in Southern California and currently resides in Newport Beach with his beautiful wife Dana and has twin babies on the way. Eric enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures with his wife which motivated him to start a charitable organization that will make the world safer while promoting a positive image of the United States by giving back to less fortunate children around the world.
Eric is on the Board of Directors for the Band of Brothers Foundation developing organizational leadership and identifying international needs while specifically being responsible for fund raising, documenting projects and financial accounting.
Eric Snyder is also with Buchanan Street Partners which is an investment management company investing in commercial real estate. Eric has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years and is a frequent speaker at real estate events in addition to writing articles for industry publications. Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona University.

Alec is a realestate investor and developer.  He is an investor and advisor to Oxford Property Investments. 
Robert Pagliarini
Board Member
Robert Pagliarini is obsessed with improvement and making the most of the other 8 hours to create an ideal life. He’s also obsessed with sharing what he knows, inspiring others to achieve their ideal life, and learning from others who are improving their lives.
Unfortunately, there are millions of children around the world that do not get the chance to create or live their best lives. Robert’s mission is to ensure that each child be given a chance to grow and succeed. He is thrilled to be on the board of the Band of Brothers and to help grow the organization.
Robert is the author of the #1 national bestseller, The Six-Day Financial Makeover and is the president of Pacifica Wealth Advisors, Inc., a boutique wealth management firm recently ranked one of the top firms in the country. He is a Certified Financial Planner and has a master’s degree in financial services.
Robert lives with my beautiful wife, Elizabeth, and his nearly four year-old daughter, Alexandra “Bean,” in Orange County, California. On most Sundays you’ll find them at Saddleback Church and occasionally at Disneyland.
